Shipping
We ship our products worldwide.

Within Australia
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.
Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post's Express Post service. This provides security and prompt service, for a slightly higher price. Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Our postage costs are, wherever possible, calculated to the nearest weight pre-paid satchel, generally 500g for 1 book and 3kg for 2-7 (approximately). Larger orders (always welcome, of course) will be packed in combinations of satchels.

Worldwide Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide, and fees are calculated on rates charged by Australia Post based on weight and delivery zone. Delivery time may vary from country to country, but is estimated to average no more than 14 days.

Pre-ordered Titles
At any time a number of titles may be ordered in advance of publication. While we endeavout to list and keep to an accurate date of publication, these are subject to change without notice. As our titles are generally limited editions, we encourage you to pre-order.
If you order a combination of stocked and pre-orders, We calculate the shipping based on the total order. Books in stock will be dispatched immediately, while pre-ordered titles will be dispatched when available.

Returns
We take every care to package our titles carefully. We are only able to accept returns in the event the product arrives in a damaged condition. If you receive a damaged book, please contact us and we will endeavour to replace the item.
In over 10 years of publishing, we have never been advised of a book falling apart. We seek to ensure that all of our books are constructed of stern stuff and able to handle solid reading.
We recommend the use of bookmarks to protect book spines.
